ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - The Elizabeth City State University Department of Athletics announced that the contest scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 4 against Livingstone College has been postponed and rescheduled to Jan. 29 with the women’s basketball game beginning at its original 5:30 p.m. slate and the men to follow at 7:30 p.m.

The Lady Vikings are 6-6 overall and 0-2 in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association coming out of the holiday break; while the Vikings hold a 4-5 overall and 0-2 in conference play on the season.

Both teams are scheduled to host Johnson C. Smith Saturday, Jan. 6 here at the R. L. Vaughan Center. First game is slated for 2 p.m. followed by the men’s game at 4 p.m.
