Elizabeth City, NC--The Mid-Atlantic Christian University Mustangs secured their first-ever victory over the Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) Vikings, edging them out 75-71. The game was tightly contested, featuring five ties and nine lead changes. For the Vikings,
Sterling Vaughn led the team with 18 points, including an impressive 3/4 from beyond the arc.
Michael Eads Jr. recorded a double-double, contributing 15 points and 12 rebounds. Despite their efforts, ECSU struggled with shooting efficiency, hitting only 32.9% from the field and 31.6% from three-point range.
