ECSU Athletics releases important fan updates for Homecoming Game Oct. 15th
Fans attending the October 15th homecoming game v. Lincoln University (PA) are encouraged to become familiar with new procedures related to health and safety, fan entry and security at Roebuck Stadium.
 
Mobile Ticketing
The 2022 ECSU homecoming game is MOBILE TICKET ENCOURAGED event. All fans will need a mobile ticket to enter the venue. Fans are encouraged to save their ticket to their mobile wallet prior to arriving for easier access to the venue. Screenshots or recordings of tickets are not valid for entry. Fans coming to the game with friends or family should transfer their tickets before the day of the game so they may enjoy ease of movement around the stadium.

General Admission Tickets
General Admission tickets are available for purchase online ($30.00 plus applicable fees). Fans are encouraged to utilize MOBILE TICKETING and save their ticket to their mobile wallet prior to arriving for easier access to the venue. All fans will need a ticket to enter the venue. Screenshots or recordings of tickets are not valid for entry. Fans coming to the game with friends or family should transfer their tickets before the day of the game so they may enjoy ease of movement around the arena. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the ticket booth located outside Roebuck Stadium on game day. Discounted tickets are available on game day. Ticket prices are listed below. Identification and/or verification will be required for the purchase of discounted tickets.

Parking and Traffic Information 
Due to the volume of vehicles on home football game days, it is best to plan on traffic delays and follow suggested directions of travel. Traffic is typically heaviest 1.5 hours prior to game time. Please heed the signs and directions given by traffic and parking personnel. For 2022 football games, public parking on campus is available on game day in designated parking lots on a first come, first-serve basis. Public parking and pricing are for standard-sized vehicles. No more than one vehicle allowed per space. Parking payment can be made by debit/credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover). Advance payment for general parking can be made online via Etix.com. In-stadium parking tickets are not on sale at this time. Please display phone or printed ticket when entering the lot. Pre-paid public parking permits valid for one-time use and scanned at entry. 
Parking lots available on game day will be marked by signage. These locations include:

• Side Stadium Parking at Roebuck (Cars should enter at the far end of the Roebuck Stadium, near the field house) 
• Wellness Center Parking lot (Cars should enter the gate entrance located on Hoffler Street) 
• STEM Parking lot (Cars should enter the gate entrance located on Hoffler Street) 

Please make note that handicapped accessible parking is subject to availability, first come first serve.

Vending and Tailgating
All vendor opportunities and in-stadium tailgating are SOLD OUT at this time. There will be additional tailgating opportunities for sale at the Wellness Center parking lot. Credentials for Wellness Center parking are here. Please adhere to guidelines  
Gates open for Vendors at 6:00 am on game day. Vendors will have from 6:00 am to 7:30 am to receive credentials and set up. After 7:30, access will not be allowed. 
From 7:30 am to 9:00 am, tailgaters will be allowed to come in and set up. After set up has been complete, vehicles must be moved to the Hoffler grass lot(directions will be provided).
All occupants must have tickets to gain access into the facility.
Merchandise
Merchandise can be purchased in Roebuck Stadium at the Barnes & Noble bookstore tent located near the main entrance gate. All points of sale will be cashless. 

Re-entry to Roebuck
Unless you are a credentialed VIP guest, supporting faculty, or athletic staff member, there will be no re-entry for ticketed personnel back into Roebuck Stadium. 
 
Health and Safety Policies
The ECSU Department of Athletics is committed to the health and safety of student-athletes, staff, and fans.  Consistent with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention transmission-based precautions, fans are asked to do the following:

• Stay home if you feel unwell or are experiencing COVID like symptoms.
• Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
• Wash hands regularly with soap and water or clean them with alcohol-based hand rub.
• Review COVID-19 Community Level and COVID-19 Prevention

Inclement Weather Policy
While every situation is different based on time of day and which game, the following are standard procedures when inclement weather disrupts a game or games. No game will be skipped. Meaning each game will continue in the order it is scheduled to play. If weather changes the date, the rescheduled game will still precede any future games. Mobile tickets are good for the game only. If the game date is moved due to weather, the mobile ticket for that game must be used. If a game is started then delayed or postponed to a new time/day, the mobile ticket will be scanned for use during the new start time. Please hold on to that ticket.

1. In the event of a weather delay, fans should keep their game ticket.
2. If a fan is leaving the stadium during a weather delay, they should stop at a ticket gate to have their ticket scanned out by ECSU Athletics staff
3. If the game is halted and resumed the same day or continued the following day, fans will need the game ticket from the original game to re-enter the stadium for the continuation of play..
4. There are no refunds on tickets as all games will be played.
5. TO RESOLVE ANY TICKET ISSUES, Fans should report to the Box Office.

Additional Stadium Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons, the following stadium policies will be observed during the homecoming game:

• Cameras ARE permitted for still photography and video for personal use, but lens length must be shorter than approximately one inch, and no additional detachable lenses will be permitted.
• Umbrella strollers or strollers small enough to fit under stadium seats are permitted.
• As a courtesy to your fellow spectators, fans will be asked to refrain from idling in the middle of the stairways entering the stadium seats or in the pathway to the press box.
• Carrying a concealed weapon is prohibited at Roebuck Stadium unless otherwise authorized by law. Violation of this prohibition is a criminal offense. Firearms and weapons cannot be checked into the security posts.
• All bags and carrying cases are subject to inspection prior to entry in to Roebuck Stadium

Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted into Roebuck Stadium:

• Laser pointers
• Noise making devices of any kind (i.e., bells, whistles, horns, etc.)
• Fireworks
• Drones, anywhere or any kind on Elizabeth City State's campus or Roebuck Stadium
• Selfie sticks
• Hover boards
• Illegal drugs and alcohol
• Weapons of any kind, including lawfully concealed firearms
• Commercial signs or banners without the prior approval of ECSU Athletics
• Any item deemed to challenge public safety

What animals are allowed into the stadium?
With the exception of guide dogs or other service animals used for assistance by persons with a disability, no animals or pets are permitted in Roebuck Stadium. We suggest that the individual have proof of certification or a license for service animals. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be selected for you to accommodate your service animal.
