Indianapolis, Ind. – The Elizabeth City State University women's basketball program will be dancing in March for the first time in programs history as they will take on Glenville State on Friday, March 10, at 5:00 pm at the Waco Center on the campus of Glenville State.

The Vikings earned the automatic qualifying bid when they defeated Shaw University 55-40 in the CIAA Championship Game on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023 in Baltimore, Md

The Vikings are one of the eight teams that will comprise of the regional event. They are joined by host and No. 1 seed Glenville State, Gannon, West Chester, Shippensburg, West Virginia State, California (Pa.) and the Charleston.
