ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association named Elizabeth City State University's sophomore forward Devona Stell of the Week for the week of Nov. 11-18.

The Atlanta, Ga. native shot 52.4 percent from the field and 75 percent from the foul line. She averaged 12.5 points, eight boards, 1.5 steals, and .5 blocks per game. Stell recorded her second double-double in the 78-46 victory over Newport News Apprentice last Tuesday evening, scoring 17 points and compiling 12 boards.
