RALEIGH, NC- Saint Augustine's College All-CIAA guard Allison Sikes scored a game high 21 points as the Lady Falcons cruised past Elizabeth City State 70-54 Monday night at Emery Gymnasium.
After the score was knotted at 7 apiece at 12:09 in the first half, a three-pointer by Rudeesha Reese put the Lady Falcons ahead for the duration of the game. Saint Augustine's scored 11 points of Lady Viking miscues in the first half and by game's end the Lady Falcons (9-6, CIAA 6-3) held a 22-9 points off turnovers advantage.
The Lady Vikings struggled from the beyond the three-point arc going 0-13 on the evening. Kenyatta Gill scored a team high 14 points while Tiffany Gadsden tied a career high for blocks in a game with 6.
