HAMPTON, VA- Celeste Trahan has been named CIAA Women's Player of the Week for the second consecutive week. This marks the twelfth Player of the Week honor of her career.

Trahan averaged 26.3 points and 18 rebounds and led ECSU to a 2-1 record last week. She posted double-doubles in all three games to bring her career total to 69. In wins over UDC and N.C. Central, the Stockton, CA native posted 29 points, 14 rebounds, 22 points and 13 rebounds respectively and was named to the 2007 NCCU Lady Eagle All-Classic Team. She currently leads the CIAA in scoring (23.7ppg), rebounding (17.3rpg) and blocks (1.89 bpg), ranks 2nd in field goal percentage and 13th in steals. For her career, has a solid hold on 2nd place all-time in rebounds and is currently in 11th place on the all-time scoring list.
