ELIZABETH CITY, NC- The Elizabeth City State University women's basketball coaches will hold an open tryout Saturday, April 29 at the RL Vaughan Center.

The Lady Vikings, who will return a veteran roster next winter, lost three seniors at the close of the 2005-2006 season. In preparation of the 2006-07 campaign, head women's basketball coach Tara Owens and her staff will hold try-outs Saturday from 12 noon to 3:00pm in the Vaughan Center Gymnasium. All interested parties should come prepared to scrimmage and dressed in appropriate basketball attire.
