ELIZABETH CITY, NC- On Friday March 25th, the Elizabeth City State University Lady Vikings and the Shaw University Lady Bears faced off for the second time in the 2005 tennis season.

The Lady Vikings looked to avenge a loss suffered at the hand of the Lady Bears back on March 10th. However it was not meant to be as the matches yielded the same results. The Lady Bears won all of both the singles and doubles matches, surrendering only on game on the day.

The loss drops ECSU to 0-5 on the year. They will travel to Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA on April 7th to play a double header. Game time is slated for 1:30pm.
