Elizabeth City State University Athletics

JUNIOR (2017):  Totaled 108 yards on 32 carries and hauled in 13 passes for 78 yard while playing in nine games… scored three touchdowns (two rushing and one receiving)… posted 84 all-purpose yards (52 rushing, 32 receiving) with a touchdown rushing and another receiving to spark a 20-17 win over Johnson C. Smith (9/23/17)… also scored a rushing touchdown vs. Shaw (9/30/17).

SOPHOMORE (2016):  Ran for 102 yards and caught one pass for thee yards while appearing in seven games… notched scoring runs in a 33-23 win over Lincoln (10/15/16) and a 24-21 win over Virginia Union (10/29/16).

FRESHMAN (2015):  Rushed for 107 yards and a touchdown on 26 carries… rolled up a season-high 84 yards on 13 carries with a touchdown in a 28-10 win over Lincoln (10/17/15).

HIGH SCHOOL:  Three-time first-team All-Union County and All-Southern Carolina Conference performer at Monroe HS… team MVP.

PERSONAL:  A criminal justice major… member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity… son of Charrise and Tony Byrum… his father played football at  Bowie State and his older brother, Dion, played football at Ohio University.
