FRESHMAN (2017):  Two-sport standout at Cheyney University in football and track & field… hauled in 24 passes for 320 yards and three touchdowns… pulled in five passes for 57 yards with a 20-yard touchdown reception in a season-opening 56-28 win over Lincoln (9/2/17)… caught three passes for a season-high 68 yards, including a season-long 42-yard reception, at Bloomsburg (9/23/17)… collared a 35-yard scoring pass for Cheyney’s only points while posting two catches for 54 yards vs. West Chester (10/21/17)… snared three passes for 52 yards with a 27-yard scoring catch at Indiana PA (9/16/17)… IN TRACK & FIELD, earned NCAA Division II All-Atlantic Region honors in the high jump while shattering a 42-year old school record in the event… he leaped 2.08 meters (6 feet, 9.75 inches) at the West Point Twilight Invitational (5/10/18) to set the outdoor school mark… he also erased the Cheyney indoor standard with a jump of 2.06 meters (6 feet, 9 inches) at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championships, earning All-PSAC honors… PSAC Scholar-Athlete Award and ECAC Honor Roll in spring of 2018.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Three-sport athlete in football, basketball and track & field at West Valley HS… school’s athlete of the year as a senior… all-conference performer in football… state champion in the high jump.

PERSONAL: Majoring in business administration… son of Yolanda and Vincent Joyner.
