Bowie State University surged to a commanding victory over Elizabeth City State University, winning 48-6 in a game marked by powerful offensive plays and a dominant first half. The Bulldogs took control early, building a 21-0 halftime lead and maintaining their momentum throughout.

ECSU's Zechariah Adams-Duckson provided a spark on the ground, carrying 14 times for 79 yards and scoring their lone touchdown. Rashard Biggs contributed 39 yards on six carries, and quarterback Chase Williams went 10-of-19 for 80 yards, though his day was marred by the interception returned for a score. Williams added 36 yards on the ground, and Shemar Sutton led ECSU's receiving effort with two catches for 41 yards.

On the defensive side, Sterling Chavis led the Vikings with 10 tackles. Special teams were bolstered by Darius Satterfield, who averaged 40.1 yards over seven punts, totaling 281 yards, and managed 55 yards per kickoff on two attempts.
Despite flashes of offensive promise, Elizabeth City State couldn't overcome Bowie State's explosive attack and defensive prowess, as BSU claimed a decisive victory. 

The Vikings will return to action this Saturday November 9th, to face off against conference opponent Bluefield State for their Season Finale at 1pm on the CIAA Sports Network.
