ELIZABETH CITY, NC- The Elizabeth City State women's basketball team (5-3, 0-1 CIAA) fell at home to Fayetteville State (7-1, 1-0 CIAA) 67-63, on Thursday evening.

The Vikings would control majority of the game but would falter late and drop the contest to the Lady broncos.

NyAsia Blango, would lead the Lady Vikings in scoring 14 points and grab seven rebounds, while making five assists.

Jessica Adams  would also have a dominant outing retrieving 10 rebounds while also adding 6 points, and three steals .

The Broncos would outscore the Vikings in points off of turnovers 38-17. The Vikings would commit 29 turnovers.

The Lady Vikings will return to action on Saturday, December 16, at the R.L. Vaughan Center, to face off with Claflin University. Tip-off is set for 2 PM.
