The Vikings will spring into action on Sept. 3 to kick off the season against Benedict College in the Carolina Classic on the road in Columbia, SC.

"On Sept. 3rd we will kick off a new era of Viking football," said Head Coach Marcus Hilliard "I'm excited that our staff is coming together and that the student-athletes are hard at work. The 2022 slate features some tough competition so we know we will be tested along the way. I am confident in what we are building here at ECSU and we are preparing to meet the challenge."
