Elizabeth City, NC -Following a successful weekend of conference play, the Vikings Volleyball team swept Regent University in a quick three set match, (25-7, 25-16, 25-22). This win marks game 11 of the Vikings current win streak. 
 
 
Freshman Jada Rouse (Rock Hill, SC) rounded out the night with nine kills followed by junior Elizabeth Kellum (Jacksonville, NC)  with seven and  junior Alexus Elliott (Dudley, NC) with six. Junior Elizabeth Kellum (Jacksonville, NC) and senior Asia Jones (Rocky Mount, NC) each ended the night with 10 digs and Jones added 15 assists and Kellum with 13. 
 
The Vikings outhit the Royals .224 to .03 and had nine aces to the only one by the Royals. ECSU played outstanding from the beginning of the match to the end by running their offense and playing their game.

The Vikings will be back in action on Thursday, October 7th at Lincoln University (PA.) at 6pm.
