CHARLOTTE, NC- Elizabeth City State University's Darren Wilson has been named CIAA Defensive Lineman of the Week as released by the conference office Monday afternoon.

In the Vikings' 24-20 loss to Chowan on Saturday, Wilson led all defenders with a game high 13 tackles including two sacks for a loss of 15 yards. This marks the second time this season he has received the honor as the conference's top defensive lineman.

ECSU (4-3, CIAA 2-3) will hit the road this weekend as they travel to Virginia Union University. Kickoff time is scheduled for 1pm at Hovey Field in Richmond, VA.
