Coach Faircloth is entering her second season at the helm of the Viking Volleyball program.
In her first season, Coach Faircloth led the Vikings to their first CIAA Tournament berth since 2014 and the most wins since that same 2014 campaign. 
Before coming to the Harbor of Hospitality, Coach Faircloth was the head boys volleyball coach at Oscar Smith High School. Faircloth led the boys' program to the state semifinals in 2017 and was awarded the 6A Region Coach of the Year for her efforts. Faircloth was also the head coach of the Crestwood Middle program while leading the boys' program at Oscar Smith and saw success at Crestwood, being named the Coach of the Year for the conference for the 2016 season.
During the 2015 campaign, Faircloth was the head coach of the JV girls volleyball program at Oscar Smith.
Coach Faircloth has also been active in the club volleyball circuit serving as a coach with the South East Region Volleyball in Chesapeake, Virginia. Faircloth has served as a coach for the 14-18-year-old girls' teams and the 16-18-year-old boys' teams for the SERV program.
Faircloth also had a sterling collegiate career starting at Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, VA from 2003-2004. While in Bristol, Faircloth led the team in total blocks and blocks per set and was ranked in those two categories in the conference as well. Following her sophomore campaign, Faircloth transferred to Norfolk State and finished her junior and senior campaigns as a focal point of the Spartan rotation.
Faircloth graduated with her bachelor's degree from Norfolk State in Applied Mathematics and currently serves as a math teacher at Oscar Smith High School.
