Final Stats

LINCOLN, PA- The Elizabeth City State University Lady Vikings notched their first Northern Division win of the year with a four set victory over The Lincoln University Sunday afternoon.

Rosetta Becerra and Kelsey Smith led the way for the Lady Vikings. Becerra finished with a match high 15 kills and chipped in with 12 digs. Smith added 12 kills and three solo blocks. ECSU held the Lady Lions to a negative hitting percentage for the match (-0.23) with 33 kills versus 36 hitting errors.

The Lady Vikings had one of their better offensive outings of the season with 46 total team kills. Kelsey Smith also led the ECSU defensive charge adding 4 assisted blocks to her 3 solo block outing.

Tracie Twine and Emmesha White also had 12 digs each for the Lady Vikings. Ashanti Price paced Lincoln (1-6, CIAA 0-5) with 11 kills.

ECSU will return to action Monday night against Bowie State University.
