Final Stats

HAMPTON, VA- The Elizabeth City State Lady Viking volleyball team improved to 6-6 overall and 4-0 in conference play with a three-game sweep of Shaw University (25-11, 25-18, 25-4) Saturday afternoon at the Boo Williams Sportsplex.

Eva Johnson again led the way for the Lady Vikings with a game high 14 kills, hitting 60% from the field. She was the only player to record double digits kills in the contest. On the other side the Shaw Lady Bears had as many kills as a team (14) that Johnson had alone.

ECSU will close out Saturday with Johnson C. Smith at 7:00pm.
