Final Stats

ELIZABETH CITY, NC- The Elizabeth City State University Lady Vikings improved to 22-9 overall with a three set sweep of cross-town opponent Roanoke Bible College 25-15, 25-8, 25-10 Tuesday evening on RBC's campus.

Xie'Ara Maybank-Smallings had a season high 12 kills against only one hitting error to lead the Lady Vikings. As a team ECSU tallied 13 service aces and took exactly one hour to defeat the Lady Flames. Lauren Trevino and Rebecca Robbins each had 3 kills apiece for RBC.

The Lady Vikings have four regular season matches remaining before the 2008 CIAA Volleyball Tournament November 7-9 in Hampton, VA. ECSU will enter the Tournament as the top seed in the CIAA East and with a win over either Virginia State or Virginia Union will wrap up their second straight Divisional Title.
